What You’ll Do:

  • Innovate and optimize machine learning algorithms to maximize ROI and enhance advertising performance. This includes developing new algorithms, improving state-of-the-art methods, and leveraging classic techniques.
  • Write production-ready code, collaborating with Data Engineers to implement advanced ML solutions.
  • Prototype, test, and refine algorithms using historical data to drive actionable insights.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field (dual degrees are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down ambiguous tasks into actionable steps.
  • Deep expertise in statistics, optimization, and machine learning.
  • Proficiency in coding, data structures, and algorithms.
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
