Remote Work During COVID-19
Please note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our team is currently working remotely. We anticipate a partial return to our Horsham, PA office once it is deemed safe to do so.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service by gathering accurate information from clients and connecting them to an interpreter over the phone.
- Efficiently handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ensure every interaction with a customer leaves a lasting positive impression by delivering excellent service.
Job Requirements:
- Remote Work Equipment: A personal computer with a functioning camera and a stable internet connection is required for remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Customer Satisfaction: A commitment to delivering a satisfying and seamless customer experience is essential.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software and applications.
- Confidentiality: Must be able to handle and protect sensitive information with care.
- Language Skills: While multilingual abilities are a plus, they are not required for this position.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: Proven success in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
- Remote Work Capability: Ability to work from home during emergency situations, such as during the current pandemic.
This role is typically an on-site position. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, employees are working remotely until it is safe to return to the office.
