Key Responsibilities
Content Creation and Strategy
- Develop dynamic content for iHeartMedia’s social media accounts
- Write engaging social copy for posts, campaigns, and artist programs
- Create strategies to grow social media followers and engagement across platforms
Collaboration and Coordination
- Coordinate with different departments to support social media initiatives
- Stay responsive to music and pop culture events to draw new fans to iHeartRadio
Tracking and Administration
- Perform general administrative tasks for the department
- Track social media influence measurements to assess content performance
Qualifications and Skills
Required Skills
- Knowledge of social networking platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, and TikTok
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Strong communication, proofreading, and organizational skills
- Creative with a balance of analytical skills for assessing engagement metrics
