Your Role at Harkla
As our Amazon Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving Harkla’s overall sales and profitability on Amazon. We currently generate over seven figures annually on Amazon, but there’s significant room for growth. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our strategy and make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase Amazon Top Line Sales and Profitability across the US, Canada, and UK.
- Optimize Conversion Rates and Click-Through Rates for individual product listings.
- Manage our 3rd Party PPC Agency.
- Rank listings for targeted keywords.
- Drive reviews for our podcast.
- Lead future product launches on Amazon.
This role requires a strong aptitude for marketing analytics and the ability to build scalable, repeatable marketing systems.

What We Offer
As a remote-first company, you’ll have the flexibility to work from home. We also provide:
- A monthly stipend for technology and computer-related expenses (after a 90-day trial period).
- Full-time position with flexible working hours.
- Salary Range: 1,600–1,600–3,000 per month.
- Monthly bonus participation and 1% of monthly revenue shared among employees.
- Healthcare Coverage:
- 100% plan coverage for US residents.
- $3,000/year stipend for those outside the US.
