About the Role:

As a Customer Support Manager, you will be an essential part of UpLead’s customer success team. Your primary responsibility will be assisting customers by diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, helping them understand the UpLead platform, and ensuring a smooth user experience. This position is 100% remote, and we’re looking for someone who is technically adept, has a passion for customer success, and is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Product Knowledge: Understand the UpLead product thoroughly to provide top-notch support.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering personalized support.
  • Solution Selling: Promote UpLead as the solution to meet customers’ needs.
  • Escalation Management: Proactively escalate unresolved issues to leadership and engineering teams for further resolution.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Go above and beyond to ensure customers are satisfied and continue to use our platform.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent or native English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in customer support, customer success, sales, or similar roles. SaaS or software experience is a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve complex problems efficiently.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working with customers in a variety of challenging situations.

  • Timezone Availability: Must be available to work in PST or EST time zones.
