Join TUTORING as an Online English Tutor!
TUTORING, based in South Korea, offers ONLY-AUDIO lessons to students aiming to improve their speaking skills. We have recently partnered with major Korean conglomerates like LG and Samsung to teach their employees.
We are seeking dedicated tutors to teach online during evenings (KST) and weekends. While appointment sessions are prioritized, you are free to conduct classes whenever you are available!
About the Tutor Position
As a tutor, your role is to help students develop an interest in English and support their learning and development. Your duties will include providing knowledge and instructions while helping students enhance their personalities and skills.
We seek passionate individuals who can connect with students and build a relationship of mutual trust. You should know how to organize a class effectively and make learning English an enjoyable and meaningful process.
Tutor Responsibilities
- Conduct lessons comprehensively using audio to facilitate learning.
- Assist each student individually, promoting interactive learning.
Hourly Rates
- Base hourly rate: $12-$16/hr
- Potential earnings up to $46 an hour (base fee + incentives)
- Flexible working schedule
Requirements
- Must be a citizen and resident of one of the following countries: US, CA, UK, IR, AU, NZ, SA
- In-depth knowledge of teaching best practices and educational guidelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, energetic, committed, and creative in approach
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree
- TEFL level 5 (168 hours)
- Preferred to have 2 or more years of teaching experience
