Position Overview: Data Entry Clerk
Unique Insurance Co. is seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Clerks to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately entering data from source documents into MS Word and Excel. If you type over 35 WPM and value flexible hours, this opportunity could be ideal for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Prepare documents and files for high-volume data entry
- Provide entry-level support to the data entry function
- Delete errors and enter corrections to ensure data accuracy
- Manage files and ensure timely data entry completion
- Review and verify all data before entry for quality control
Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic
